Nextcloud new user mail

Hi,
when I create a new user in nextcloud, the mail received by the new user has an image error on top. The properties of such image show me the url of the image is https://hostname/nextcloud/core/img/logo.png?v=3. I’ve checked the logo.png image exists in that path, probably the issue is ?v=3.

How can I fix that?

The parameter in the URL is not the issue, it’s used for cache busting.

Did you check whether the original URL works? Perhaps the mail client just prevents loading?

It works. I use that URL everyday

As said, perhaps your mail client is not showing/loading remote content? If the image URL is valid and reachable, the problem is somewhere else.
