Hi,

i updated my nextcloud app to newest version. I want to open a document, it shows “Lesen des Dokuments vom Speicher fehlgeschlagen. Bitte kontaktieren Sie den Administrator Ihres Speicherservers.”
Before i updated my collabora app to newes, it works good.

I use a internal url for my server like xy.local and an letsencrypt cert for my public domain like cloud.xyz.com

Can someone tell me to find log data or something to solve the problem.

Sometimes restarting the collabora app helps. The error message is not very helpful, and if it worked for you before the update, then it should work after the update as well, because nothing has changed in your setup, I assume.
