NextCloud 18.0.4-0 Postgresql Failure

I have had nextcloud up and running successfully for months. It appears that the 18.0.4 update has broken access to the postgresql database.

Now, when I try to reach the nextcloud server via the webpage: https://myserver/nextcloud, I get to the nextcloud installation page.

I need some guidance on getting the database with all of my existing data back up and running!

Thank you!

This is not an issue with Postgres. It appears the Nextcloud is not installed. What’s written in the appcenter’s log about the upgrade?
