New AD users not visible in UCS userlist

We are running UCS 4.4.1 with an owncloud installation on top.
The UCS is AD integrated in our Windows Active Directory.

After setup all the AD users were available and could login to owncloud.
Now after creating a new AD user it looks like the Userlist on UCS does not update…

I also get interesting errors when executing:

univention-adsearch cn=administrator


How can I check if the sync is still running?
I am quite new to this topic, so please be patient with me :slight_smile:

It looks like the computer account was removed in the AD, or its password was changed. If the account still exists, you can try changing its password in the AD and updating /etc/machine.secret on your UCS system.

If that doesn’t help, or if the account doesn’t exist anymore, you’ll probably have to re-install the AD Connector app and re-initialize it which will join to the AD domain again.
