at this time there is no Howto regarding your szenario.
As described in Which login server? Slow logons you may set up AD-Sites as described in the Microsoft documentation. For suggestions for your requirements, more informations would be needed:

[li] How are your sites connected to each other[/li]
[li] What exactly should be achieved (distributed DNS and DHCP servers for each site?, Distributed logon/share services?)[/li][/ul]
