I supposed to have a quite simple configuration:
- UCS standalone domain
- freenas as file server
- ubuntu client joined with UCS utility
All joined correctly I can login with domain users on ubuntu and freenas
Now I mount a nfs share from freenas in linux.
I do “ls” and I see numeric ids and not users or groups.
I have tried all combinations of nfs v3 or v4
I am trying to modify idmap.conf or to login with nfs v4 with sec=krb5 but it seems I miss several packages/daemons/and so on
It seems to me that this thing should work immediately but it is bloody complicated.
Can you help me I am pretty sure I am missing a very simple step.
