When you click on VNC icon, do you see a popup including VNC ? Any error message UI side ?
Can you send to Mandriva team debug logs of your Pulse installation ? On dashboard page, click on “Extract logs and config files” button of Fernunterstützung widget. An archive will be generated, and you will be able to download it.
Send this log archive to pulse-support-de [ at ] customercare.mandriva.com with a reference to this post.
