Mail relay geht nicht

Ich bin bei der Einrichtung eines Mailrelays der zugehörigen Anleitung gefolgt:
Kapitel 14.8.1 vom Handbuch 4.4.4:

ucr set mail/relayhost=[mail.xxxxx.de]:587
ucr set mail/relayauth=yes
vi /etc/postfix/smtp_auth
mail.xxxxx.de it@my-domain.de:PASSWORT
postmap /etc/postfix/smtp_auth
service postfix reload

Es kommen aber keine Mails an bei it@my-domain.de an. Das Problem könnte sein, dass my-domain.de auch die Domain von der univention-Installation ist? Wenn ich it@… als primäre Mailadresse des Administrator-Accounts setze, bekomme ich unten stehende Fehlermeldung (user unknown in virtual mailbox table) nicht, die Mail kommt aber auch nicht an. Wie kann ich auch für die Univention-Domain die Mails relayen?

Ach und noch eine weitere Frage, wie kann ich die Mails an root lokal lesen? mail in der bash bringt: No mail for root.
