I got some MacBooks bind in our UCS domain. So far, so good.
On logon it creates a mobile user and mounts the user’s home directory with a kerberos ticket.
But: I would like to sync the local home folder to the network’s home directory.
How should I do that? Is there any rsync script template and where to store such a script? Could the «Anmeldeskript» at the [ Konto ] be used for that or is it Windows only?
Consider it like linux.
you can either start the script from the user or from bootup of the system.
you can run system “scripts” from automator
also in the user setup “users & groups” , there is a section to auth app to run on login.
