Why will UCS not accept a valid path of something like:
pri-ad-root.org.name.com
top holding container (computer is called: pri-ad-root)
sub containers at each site office
pri-ad.hk01.org.name.com
pri-ad.uk01.org.name.com
pri-ad.ca01.org.name.com
instead after the initial domain is setup (.org.name.com)
ucs forcefully strips “hk01”,“uk01”,“ca01” then attempts to make the servers at those sites join
as:
pri-ad.org.name.com
which only works for the first one, according to LDAP it should be possible, it even works on the current MS AD setups…
