As the title says, brand new install, and the superior and manager are not syncing vice versa
Pulled my hair out trying to fix it but no luck, any idea whats wrong? did the most basic default install possible

not to sure what do you mean by the superior/manager but have you installed “Active Directory-compatible Domain Controller” on both servers?
