Kopano Meet: Certain members of a group call do not communicate with certain others

Hi folks,

we have the somewhat strange behaviour, that certain colleagues can communicate with everyone in a group call, but some can not communicate with certain others, e.g. member 1 & 4 can listen and talk to everyone, but 2 cannot communicate to 3, while both can communicate with 1 & 4. This was so with Meet 1.2 and is still so with 2.1! LDAP parameters are correct, already checked by Univention support. Any idea?

Hi @christo,

this sounds a bit like a problem in your turn server configuration. I would recommend to get in touch with the Kopano support to have a direct look at your configuration.
