Kopano MAPI Error UCS - solved

UCS - Univention Corporate Server

Hey,
i installed Kopano Core, Kopano Webapp & Z-Push on my server and created two user accounts. They work really good, but yesterday i created three more accounts and when i try to login with one of them via Webapp i get this error:
Unknown MAPI Error: MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND
I don´t know what to do now, maybe it depends on the fact that i bought no subscription…

ich hab vor einiger Zeit Kopano Core, Kopano Webapp & Z-Push auf meinem UCS Server installiert. Hatte auch zwei Accounts auf dem Server und diese funktionierten mit Kopano und der Webapp ziemlich gut. Als ich dann gestern drei weitere Accounts erstellt habe und dann versucht habe mit diesen auf die Webapp zuzugreifen habe ich folgende Fehlermeldung bekommen:
Unknown MAPI Error: MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND
Bin jetzt nen bisschen ratlos, was ich nun tun soll, ich habe keine Subscription für Kopano hängt das vielleicht damit zusammen?

I think latest kopano version in ucs has problems with the integrated user-creation script
you should try to add a kopano-store to rhee user manually on the cli through kopano-admin or kopano-cli

it may be worth to check if this is the case by checking the listener.log and the (non-)existence of the accounts (kopano-cli --list-users)

Nur bei Store steht leider nichts drin!

Thanks for your answers. Fixed the problem, the users had no stores. I think that was a bug in a specific version of kopano, because i created a new user and he got a store now. Have a nice day
