Kopano does not send attached pictures

Hi when I attach a jpeg/png to an email, kopano delivers it as unreadable file.
It works fine with the same picture pasted in the email or any other attachement.
I do not see any errors in the logs.
Any idea what is going on? this is a new install with data moved from old zarafa server.

Where it this message composed? Is the file only unreadable at the recipient? Does it stay readable in the sent items?

How was the data moved?

Thank you.
The message was composed in webapp or deskup.
The data was moved by copping attachments and importing the dbdump.
The sent folder has bad attachment too.
FYI, I am trying to install new univention and got the new license file when I saved it and opened it I got following:

which is referencing old email … so something is wrong with the way jpg attachments are being saved. Though I can open jpg attachments in old emails.
Any idea?

that sounds like you did a mistake when importing the attachments. I’d recommend to get in direct contact with the Kopano support.
