Kopano changes to display names are not accepted and display names are not always displayed

Hello,

I have the display name by means of the UCS variable of “cn”, on “displayName”. The conversion worked, but when we reset “displayName” to “cn” we did not apply the change. Why is that?

Unfortunately, there is also the problem that the display name for non-active accounts and contacts in the WebApp does not appear at all.

Hi @Uwe,

I’m not really following. Can you post some examples (screenshots, ucr dump, ldif)?

Did you restart the kopano-server process after changing the ucr variable? Was the change properly transported to the config file?
