In case you need other sources you can have a look at https://distrowatch.com/index.php?distribution=univention which starts 8 years after the first UCS release (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Univention_Corporate_Server). I guess that the customer mentioned in Wikipedia used the software in production from the early beginning. And those mentioned in https://www.univention.com/references/ too.
