Is the UCS affected by the Ksmbd Bug?

I would like to know if UCS uses the Kernel version (Ksmbd) for Samba or the userspace version, since the Kernel version seems to have a critical bug:

this Ksmbd module was first released with kernel 5.15 as ucs uses Debian 10 there won’t be this module in kernel.
