We are trying to integrate UCS with OKTA for SSO purpose. the one way integration UCS to OKTA is working perfectly. but when we are trying to push any group and users from OKTA to UCS then it’s not working.
This is the error we are getting in OKTA side.
Automatic provisioning of user Atlan Integration to app LDAP failed: Error provisioning AD user: Target OU is not an import OU
My question are:
where i can find the correct log path to check what wrong with LDAP configuration? as i am assuming that i am putting some wrong default LDAP attribute setting to push the users or groups in LDAP.
Can we get all the attribute settings for push any users or groups from any third party app?
