Installation of Collabora fails on UCS 4.3-1

Hello,

i have tried to install Collabora Online Development Edition via App Center and via command line, but it fails:

I think the main problem is the following:

Starting docker-app-collabora (via systemctl): docker-app-collabora.service failed!

But I don’t know how to solve this.

Installation via App Center says:

does the container itself log anything useful? See docker logs 796468c579c6ad2027dc49cdbb0ed80ecc4f8ac49e76cd56c48334cb13da144b

Thank you for the hint. Unfortunately the docker container seems to be deleted, when the installation fails. So asking for the logs of this container gives no result:

univention-app install has an extra argument to prevent docker being removed on a failed install (for diagnosing)

$ univention-app install -h
usage: univention-app install [-h] [--noninteractive] [--username USERNAME]
...  --do-not-revert       Do not revert the installation when it fails. May
                        leave the system in an undesired state
...

PS: Until https://github.com/univention/univention-corporate-server/pull/3 has been merged the easiest way to get to the logs of docker would be the following command:

docker logs -f $(ucr get appcenter/apps/mattermost/container)

(where mattermost needs to be replaced with the app id of the actual app)

So there was an old CODE installation running in the background without being shown in the Univention AppCenter. I deleted the docker container with Administrator@server:~$ sudo docker rm bf61d6d934b0 -f . After that I saw by sudo docker images -a that there were many old docker, nexcloud and owncloud images in my system. I did sudo docker system prune -a to delete unneeded images. Now installing CODE has worked. I had also trouble udating NextCloud and OwnCloud in the past. I hope deleting the old images will help me when they get updated in the future.
