If SSL certificate is changed, no new users will be created in OpenXchange

Hello everyone,

we have created a new UCS with Openxchange.
We have a clean connection to Windows AD. The users are all set up for Ox AppSuite.
We can also send emails.

But we have not a clean SSL certificate for our domain.
We had a new certificate created - provider ionos.

private key
certificate
intermediate certificate

As soon as we deposit this for

POSTFIX
DOVECOT
APACHE2

We do have the certificate BUT…

no new users are created in openxchange.

This means: We activate the new user for OX in UCS, which was created in the Windows AD. However, no entry is made for OX. The user is not created in context10.

Where is our mistake?

Hi

have a look to the settings from the ox-connector. Try a change from https to http for a test and look to the log from listener and ox-connector log.

Hello again,

we found the issue. we had to set the intermediate zertifikate to. now it works.
