How too change UMC Portal Icons

Hi all,
Ilike to change the Portal Icons.
Can’t find how to change.
For example how to get rid of the box shadow?

If you logged into you portal you have an yellow edit button on the right down. There you can edit easy all icons.

Thanks, but that won’t work, I like to change the design of the box.

To adapt the design itself, a custom stylesheet needs to be developed and made available on UCS. Please see the documentation about this feature.

Thanks a lot, I already read it and find the custom.css but I have no idea how to get rid of the shadow of the boxes. Any help is appreciated.
