You need the RSAT tool installed on a domain joined windows machine.
With the Group Policy Management Console you can create a GPO like explained in https://wiki.ledhed.net/index.php?title=Run_Command_Once_with_GPO_(instead_of_Logon/Startup_Script)
Alternatively it should be possible to invoke commands with powershell on remote machines
Thanks for the reply. Although I find inconveniences since I do not see how RSAT can be applied with UCS, since the links you provide me are focused on Microsoft AD
If you have Samba installed @ univention DC you have the same Grouppolicies like MS AD
