I very like the new possibility to integrate Guacamole through the packages in UCS LDAP

but is there a way to save the password in a secure way into the grp object ?
as if i use the Guacamole parameter username=xx and password=xx the password is stored plain text in the ldap grp object

Dear @externa1,
I asked the developer of the cool solution and it seems that it is not possible to store the password in a hashed/salted manner, due to limitations in Apache.
You can however restrict access to the group module in UMC and limit SSH access to your server so that only certain users can see the password in the group module or via univention-ldapsearch on the command line.
