Get "Get An error occurred" when try to login to my UCS server 4.4-3 errata454

Hi,

I get this error messages when I try to login to my UCS server 4.4-3
I have tried to do the suggested things

  • service univention-management-console-server restart
  • service univention-management-console-web-server restart

Then I get

Warning: univention-management-console-server.service changed on disk. Run ‘systemctl daemon-reload’ to reload units

I have tried that as well but nothing happens no change.

Have tried to google around to see if I can find any solution but I can´t find any.

An error occurred

Internal server error: The service is temporarily not available.

Server error message:

The connection to the Univention Management Console Server broke up unexpectedly.
If you have root permissions on the system you can restart UMC by executing the following commands:

  • service univention-management-console-server restart
  • service univention-management-console-web-server restart
    Otherwise please contact an administrator or try again later.

This is the error message I get.

Do you have enough Memory assigned to your UCS server? I got into trouble with 4GB RAM on my UCS with Kopano only.

Hi,

I have 8GB RAM do I need more?
According to ESXi it is using 2,2GB

This may be enough, if there is no app installed, which requres 4GB RAM or more by itself.

Did you check the latest logfiles in /var/log and /var/log/univention?
Timestamp shoud be the time, when your latest login-attempt happened or later.
