would it be possible to have commands output like udm users/user list in json format? I’m doing some ansible automation and this would help us to validate data.

The udm cli command does not allow to output JSON. I think you might be interested in our REST API: https://www.univention.com/blog-en/2019/07/udm-rest-api-beta-version-released/
