Fail to restore OpenProject

I created an OpenProject backup using the instructions from this article:

Now it looks like my skills are not sufficient to restore this backup to a different UCS (4.4.8). I’m unable to get the database successfully restored whatever I try. All articles I found are related to OpenProject installations on plain Linux machines. Is there someone who is able to point me to the right direction? I need instructions how to restore the database backup.

I would also love to know this information, as this guide varies quite a bit from the OpenProject guide I presume that the restore procedure will also vary, f.eks. the univention model does not seem to use a separate container for the postgres DB…
