I downloaded the iso UCS and made the procedure to boot from my pen drive , and this error appears in the image below,preventing continuing installation.
someone help me , or recommend a program to record " iso " on the USB stick .

To properly run the installation from a USB-drive you need to have an active partition that is marked as bootable. If that is the case you just
extract the files found in the ISO via WinRAR or any other decompress-tool and boot the drive.
