Our entire email accounts are flooded with spam emails. Looks like the Spam protection is not working at all.
Is there any place were we can diagnose and fix the issue?

Hi,
We are using Kopano here instead of OX but we are also suffering from a very low spam filter efficiency. It’s not zero but close to zero (maybe ~3-5% efficiency).
I do not blame Kopano for this but the underlaying Spamassassin stack. We are using fetchmail in order to retrive mails - I dont know if this makes any difference or has an impact on spam filter efficiency?
I am wondering if there is an easy way to replace Spamassassin with rspamd?
Any hints on how to improve spam filter efficiency or how to setup rspamd would be much appreciated.
