E-mail can't be sent

Hello,

on my ucs 4.4-8 is a problem with sending mail. Sometimes it is o.k. for a week an somtimes i have to restart the saslauthd service every day. Is there something i can trie to solve this?

You request for help is too vague for any concrete advise:

  • Find out what goes wrong by looking at the log files of Postfix (/var/log/mail.*) and/or at the log messages from saslauthd (/var/log/daemon.log or journalctl -u saslauthd).
  • Please provide exact error messages, e.g. from your mail user agent (MUA)
