Domain Level Raise 2012

Hi,
I have a univention server 5.2-3 with Samba4 and this domain level:
Forest function level: (Windows) 2008 R2
Domain function level: (Windows) 2008 R2

I wonder if it’s possible to upgrade the functional level to 2012 at least. Samba version is 4.21, so according to the Samba Wiki even 2016 would be possible, but I don’t want to do it, if it’s not fully supported by Univention.

According to this article, it’s not supported, but its from 2019, written for samba 4.7 / 4.10 - however it’s also tagged with ucs 5.2:

I opened a UCS ticket in the meanwhile and its actually not supported to go beyond 2008 R2.
However a feature request has been opened:
https://forge.univention.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58838

For those who want to know why I wanted to raise it: I thought it is needed for a download folder redirection, but that wasn’t the case. This can be done in 2008 R2 as well.
