I understand that I can map an external volume to my docker app. Is the external volume protected from access by other apps running on the same server?
That is, my question is if it is safe to store confidential information in a mounted volume.

Hello @bheithecker,
each app has it’s own area at /var/lib/univention-appcenter/apps/$appid/data on the host where the volumes are mapped. Therefore they will not interfere with volumes from other apps.
