can you please elaborate on what you mean with “template default language” and in which solution? Nextcloud or Collabora?

I’ve integrated collabora in nextcloud. When I add a new empty document in nextcloud and then I open it with collabora, the default language is germany. How can I can the default language of new documents?
OpenDocument templates come from Nextcloud core. OOXML templates come from Collabora Online (richdocuments) app in Nextcloud. At the moment it is not possible to change this. In the future, there may be a better template manager.
You can change the text document language immediately with Tools - Language - For all text.
