Hey folks,
how can I request a Certficate from the local root-CA at the Univention-DC for a Webserver in the same Domain. I know how it works with a Windows Server Certificate Authority, but not for the UCS 4.0.2.
Kind regards,
phiku

Try:
univention-certificate new -name server.mydomain.intranet
Afterwards, you’ll find the certificate in this directory
/etc/univention/ssl/server.mydomain.intranet/
Thank you very much,
that’s working for me.
But I have a suggestion for a new Feature for your CA Authority implementation. It would be very nice If there is a Automaitc Certificate enrollment like Microsoft does. If it’s to difficult there is inother solution like zentyal does in her SBS-Server.
