Can't login to SuiteCRM it give Can't contact LDAP server

I recently downloaded Univention-App-digitec-suitecrm-virtualbox.ova
When I run the virtualbox after complete the setup, I went to the Univention Portal
I create new user for me and enabled the suiteCRM app by checking use suiteCRM and Administrator User checkbox and have Employee status active
When I switch to app and goto to suitecrm I entered mu user name and password but it give me

You have been logged out because your session has expired.
SuiteCRM
Can’t contact LDAP server

Did you solve this? I have the same problem after updating suitecrm to version 7.11.3

I am having a similar problem. Any resolution?
