Can't change 'admin' logon name at ucs-sso.[intranet.tld]

Normal login to SSO settings 
  • Actual Behavior
Login is unsuccessful and returns the following message; *"incorrect username or password.

Either no user with the given username could be found, or the password you gave was wrong. Please check the username and try again. "

Click on the ‘Login as administrator’ link to the left of the page.
