Bug in tmeplates not allowing umlauts in groups

it is possible to create a gorup with umlauts also a user with a group with umlauts but no tmeplate with a group wiht umlauts but even the name of the tmeplate can have umlauts… wtf…

it’s potentially dangerous and you should not be doing it…, you have absolutely no idea how the OS will behave with such things.
I think as late as last year MS was STILL battling some major bugs both in win10 and azure , related to german amulates and i think sorting or some sort of substitution bug.
UCS was also suffering significant serious bugs recently when handling multibyte characters…, I reported this myself, so I know it was a serious issue
