BitLocker key in AD store not write

Hi, I’ve GPO that store BitLocker id-password in ucs AD.
I’ve added 2 Laptops—>OK
I’ve added other Laptop—> id-key not stored in ucs AD.

How can I see why?
I’ve backup id-key in .txt, can I import into ucs AD?
