I would like to know how to backup the Windows profile setting that stored on UCS server, and how to restore it after clean install of the UCS server?
In addition, i would like to know the way to backup UCS setting and restore it.

the directory /var/univention-backup/ contains daily backups of LDAP, UCR-Settings and - if applicable - Samba.
According to 9.2.3.4. Roaming profiles you can define where user profiles are stored and include these locations to your backup.
