Is it possible to Apply User Templates Globally on existing users ??

If not, is there any other method for doing this.
I want to apply Email Setting, @mydomain.org, How can I do with 300 existing users at a time.

unfortunately there is no predefined way to do this. Templates apply only to new users.
You might use your scripting skills to create some code around our command-line usre management tool called “udm”.
