Appcenter not working

I have installed UCS (UCS 5.0-1 errata187) and everything seems to be working except for the appcenter.
When i go from the portal to the appcenter i get a black screen with a red square with the message Error.

When i update via univention-app update i get the following message:

Hey,

are you able to connect to the appcenter at all? You can try to download the file directly to check: curl https://appcenter.software-univention.de/meta-inf/app-categories.ini

Extra information.

This installation is reinstallation of a broken installation in that installation this error also arised.
This error arose suddenly with a hours time. First it works and then it stops working. see log.

It has something to do with ssl i discovered. if i changed the hardcoded site from https to http it seems to work but it destroyed my entire installation. I had to reinstall and that created the logs as specified.

I hope that someone can help me to solve this matter.
