An error occurred while installing the apps from the Software module. An error popped up in a windows “Could not fulfil the request. Server error message: Connection reset by peer.”

which UCS version are you using? Which app did you try to install? Does this happen each and every time, or does the problem go away if you try it again? Are you using a proxy server that you’ve configured in UCS? Are you using a transparent proxy server?
