my kopano is going so well but there are three gmx addresses I need to distribute among two kopano-users.
kopano-user 1: name1@gmx.de
kopano-user 2: name2@gmx.de + name3@gmx.de
it is possible to implement this in kopano?

yes, it is certainly possible. Kopano itself does not care how many of what kind of domains you assign to users (either as their primary address or as an alias). What is more difficult is to configure Postfix to not try to deliver any other gmx.de locally as well.
The topic you need to look for (has been asked and answered many times in this forum alone) is “transport map”.
