Will the two domains be synced separately and not get mixed together at the remote sites?

several years ago I did a single site sync, and i’m sure that in the “LDAP” on the univention screen it was nested.
as in
LOCAL LDAP ITEMS
site01.org.com
OTHER LOCAL LDAP ITEMS
Today this is not the case, each item is in the LDAP folder
Groups
Users
etc
