I have looked into the problem again. See:
If the mail server & fetchmail are installed on the master, everything works fine. You configure the access data for external mail retrieval in the user. These are written correctly in /etc/fetchmail.
However, if you install Mailserver & Fetchmail on a node, nothing is written to /etc/fetchmailrc.
Possibly a bug
