ZFS instead of ext4

I have to rebuild my UCS DC since I cannot resolve my KVM issues.
My previous experience with ZFS and Univention was a success. However I had to install UCS OS on ext4 raid1 and data on ZFS raidz. This is not optimal and I would like to get rid of ext4 all together.

Would this be at all possible? I know Ubuntu is experimenting with ZFS as an alternative for 19.10 and it has been available for Debian for a while.

I would love to do some experimenting.

Feedback is appreciated!
