UCS5 - All installed Apps dont have networkconnection

On my fresh UCS5-Installation, the App’s dont have any network-connection.
For example, the Nextcloud-Hub:
Warnung appstoreFetcher Could not connect to appstore: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 60001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received (see libcurl - Error Codes) for https://apps.nextcloud.com/api/v1/apps.json

The Apps are installed on the Domainmaster and dns worked. I can install new Apps but inapp-configuration or updates are not working.

After install test-tools in the container, the network and DNS works.
If i deinstall and install the apps, the configs are gone?
