UCS 4.1-1- Backup all accounts to .eml or .pst

Hi there,
We are using UCS 4.1-1 and we want to take backup of users in .eml file or .pst. Is there any way to migrate it using any script or API as we don’t want to configure each account on outlook and exporting it to .pst. Any suggestions/recommendations?
