i have created a separate user in UCS for the general company address (firstname.lastname@example.org) with this primary mail address. The users who are supposed to access this inbox I have entered in UCS -> Kopano as representative (Stellvertreter).
Then I log in with the user Info in WebApp and give these users access rights to the inbox.
After that I can add the inbox of the user “info” to the users. So far it works,
If now for info a new mail arrives and the first user clicks on it, the status changes to “seen” for all users.
On the old IMAP server every user had his own seen status.
Is this behavior also possible in Kopano?
