Problem
Your clients can not resolve the hostname of your official external host (ie www.domain.ucs).
Environment
Your UCS domain has the same domain name as your external server which is provided by an external hoster.
Clients can resolve internal hosts (ie like file.domain.ucs) but trying to resolve the external host name results in an error similar to “host not found”.
Solution
Add a new host record to your forward zone and assign the correct IP address and name (ie www).
