Problem: Nagios Uses Wrong IP Address for Monitored Server

Problem

Nagios uses the wrong IP address to monitor a server.

Solution

Navigate to the Univention Management Console (UMC) and go to “Devices” -> “Computer”. Select the server in question and choos the “Options” on the left.
Untick the Nagios support and save.
Repeat the steps and re-enable Nagios support by ticking the check box.
